A lovely customer took the time to say this about her slippers:
::: Love, Love, LOVE these!!! When I first got them all I could think was just how excited I'm I was to put them on every night! Still think the same. They're Magical! Thank you again so much Jen :)

Please select your size. This should be the same as your shoe size. These slippers should fit snug, so if you tend to wear a half size, you would want to select the next size down.
Sizing is given in North American shoe sizes. To convert from UK or Euro sizes, here's a handy chart: www.zappos.com/c/shoe-size-conversion
C A R E:
Machine washable. I would recommend re-shaping once washed, and allowing to air dry. However, you can put them in the dryer, though you'll sacrifice some structure and shorten their life-span.
** Please note that as these are made to order, it may take up to 10 days before they are ready to ship. It will generally be a much shorter time, and you will always be notified of the estimated shipping date after ordering.
Please note that all knit/crocheted items are shipped simply in a large envelope to save on shipping costs and unnecessary use of packaging.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
I would recommend removing your jewelry before swimming or bathing. Chemicals in the pool and minerals in the water will discolour the metal and fade the lettering over time. Also, moisture sitting in the hemp can result in mildewing.
Every knit or crocheted item I make has the care instructions stated in the listing details, plus I always attach a care tag with each item when shipping. This tag will indicate the materials the yarn is made with (for skin sensitivity and allergy reasons), as well as care instructions.
If you lost the tag and are worried you may ruin your item, just contact me, and I'll be glad to steer you in the right direction.
Yes. I absolutely will not make any custom items that promote or support any hate. This means nothing racist/sexist/homophobic, etc.
I have absolutely no issues with "foul language". Bring it on! Just don't use it against anyone. :)
Yes. On larger orders a discount is available. Please contact me for details
Almost. Some knit items may contain wool. Please read the details for each item to ensure you know what you're buying-- I will ALWAYS mention if an item contains wool. But if you want to be extra sure, just contact me. :)
Maybe. If you're outside of North America tracked shipping isn't an option. Sorry, but the cost is SO outrageous, and honestly I've never had an overseas customer complain about long shipping times, nor has an order ever gone missing. (*knock on wood*)
If you're in North America and your order contains one of the following, your order WILL automatically be shipped with a tracking number:
> knit or crocheted item (cowl, slippers, hat, water bottle holder, etc.)
If you are ordering ONLY smaller items (necklaces, bracelets, patches), your order WILL NOT have a tracking number included. Please contact me if you require one and we can discuss your options
100% yes. It's so great, isn't it?
